YOUR TASKS
- Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Analysis of production and manufacturing processes with subsequent development and implementation of process optimizations
- Working closely with production teams to identify problems and develop solutions
- Assumption of production development projects
- Coordination between work preparation and production in the preparation of work plans
- Gradual development of production towards the “Factory of the Future”
YOUR PROFIL
- Completed technical education (LAP, HTL, FH, UNI)
- Ideally, first professional experience in the field of process management or project management
- Deep understanding of processes in an organization as well as methodological knowledge for optimization
- Solution-oriented working method with house sense and hands-on mentality
- Independent, reliable and structured working methods with high quality awareness
- Great interest in current topics and trends in the field of Industry 4. 0 / Smart Factory as well as organizational and communication skills
